Invisibly integrated in the ceiling, narrow beam spots create an atmospheric atmosphere. The stage staged in this way behind the high glass façade of an exposed shop on Cologne's Ringmeile provides a magical attraction for strolling people and whets their appetite for burgers from sustainable production. The idea for the exclusive burger restaurant in the heart of Cologne came from Sven Freystatzky and Grogor Gerlach, who have already been successful with other catering concepts. Thus the "Gosch", the "bagel brothers" and the "Jim Block" were created under the direction of Freystatzky, while Gerlach made a name for himself with projects such as the "Vapiano" and the "Seasdide Hotels".

Martin Weiser advised ERCO on the development of the lighting concept.
