At an altitude of 1000 metres, guests in the Johann Grill restaurant enjoy a panoramic view of untouched nature and breathtaking mountain scenery through floor-to-ceiling windows.
The essential planning task was to create a place that appears pleasant and inviting from early morning until late evening, with an atmosphere and mood that suits the time of day.
During the course of the day, the colour-dynamic lighting changes into different scenarios by means of a sensor-controlled lighting control: Breakfast, Lunch, Coffee, Dinner and Candlelight. The perception-oriented lighting design takes into account the biodynamics of natural light from this unique, surrounding world of experience and transfers them to the interior with the support of artificial light.
Anyone who has had breakfast in the restaurant and only comes back for dinner will hardly believe that they are in one and the same room.
